WHAT WE DO
We offer a complete block management service and manage properties across East and West Sussex, Hampshire and beyond.
Our service includes collecting service charges and ground rents and organising works and maintenance on the property. This can include:

- Painting and Decorating
- Surveyor visit
- Fire Risk Assessment
- Repairs and Maintenance
- Arrange Insurance
Rent to Rent – We pay you a guaranteed monthly rent for an agreed period of time and take full responsibility for letting and managing your property.
We source, reference and manage quality tenants and handle all repairs and maintenance issues, while you receive a guaranteed rental income for the duration of our agreement.
Put simply, we lease your property from you and assume the risk and responsibility for securing tenants to generate income.
If turning your property into a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) makes better financial sense, we can take care of every element of the project. This includes seeking the necessary planning consents, managing construction and tenant sourcing – while you receive a guaranteed rental income.
We may also recommend Short Term Lets and holiday accommodation as the best way to ensure ongoing occupancy and we’ll market and promote your property to source high-quality tenants. And, you don’t need to get involved – you’ll still be receiving a guaranteed rental income.
