Right to Manage

The Right to Manage allows some leaseholder property owners to take over the management of the property – even without permission from the landlord.

As a landlord, the leaseholders in your building must give you notice if they plan to adopt the Right to Manage.

Whilst giving leaseholders the opportunity to assume responsibility for the management and maintenance of their building, it is a complex area and needs careful consideration.
