All accounting and taxation work, such as preparing income and expenditure accounts, budgets, and filing at Companies House is undertaken by our sister company Conway Accounting and Financial Solutions Ltd.
Right to Manage
The Right to Manage allows some leaseholder property owners to take over the management of the property – even without permission from the landlord.
As a landlord, the leaseholders in your building must give you notice if they plan to adopt the Right to Manage.
Whilst giving leaseholders the opportunity to assume responsibility for the management and maintenance of their building, it is a complex area and needs careful consideration.
We work with industry expert Shula Rich, a pioneer in leasehold management education for the National Federation of Property Professionals.
Shula drafted the National Contract for Block Management for ARLA and advises leaseholders and managing agents across the country on Right to Manage and Block Management issues.
Shula provides Spectrum Property Management with free, expert advice which is invaluable in the service we can offer clients considering the Right to Manage.
Director Tina Conway leads our Block Management and Right to Manage department and you can email Tina directly.
